Dentsu Aegis Network Zambia launched their office on 26th November, 2018 at the Zambia Institute of Marketing Conference in Livingstone, Zambia. This opening follows on from the multinational’s expansion plan for the African continent. Dentsu Aegis first entered the Zambian market by affiliating with a local agency called Mojo New Media Limited, which at the time was one of the leading creative agencies in the market.
Originally from Japan, the Dentsu Aegis Network has its footprint in over 145 countries, spread across five continents, with over 1500 employees across Africa and an investment of more than $700m.The company currently holds the record for the fastest organic growth of a multinational agency in the African advertising market, which it credits to its clients longstanding relationships.
At the launch, Dawn Rowlands, Executive Director of the Dentsu Aegis Network in Sub-Saharan Africa, said: “The decision to launch Dentsu Aegis Network in Zambia is based on our belief in The Zambian Market. We have immense confidence that the growth of Zambian brands is inevitable. It is therefore with a sense of pride for all of us at Dentsu Aegis Network to finally say that we have a footprint in Zambia.”

Although Dentsu Aegis Network Zambia began operations 11 months ago, it already has acquired a strong client base and is sure to increase its momentum going into 2019.
